We are not an HR consultancy - we are your part-time Chief People Officer.
Through us, companies of any size can position themselves as professionally as if they had an expert in People & Culture on their executive team. We don't leave our clients alone with glossy concepts; instead, we personally and on-site implement tailor-made solutions that truly work. What these solutions are, we know from years of experience at the helm of HR teams in large and rapidly scaling companies.
Our philosophy is to enter into long-term partnerships with our clients. We aim to identify with the company and work together permanently to ensure that corporate goals, P&C strategy, and P&C structures align with each other.
About me
My name is Anjuli and I have been a HR professional since 2012. As a Head of HR, I have worked in companies of different sizes and levels of maturity. Among other things, I was VP People & Culture at the e-commerce provider Flaconi, where I helped shape the growth from 200 to 700 employees.
My specialty is to think about company growth, resilient processes and people issues together and to bring them into harmony with one another. As an experienced HR professional, I know that people should always be at the center of my work - because that is the only way companies can be successful in the long term.
I am a lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and am also committed to promoting women in the workplace and diversity in companies.
